The FALCO apartment is a three-room apartment on the ground floor with 4 bedrooms beds on mq.50 communicating with the apartments ALA and VOLO for bigger companies. The flats Internally they are divided between them by 2 solid wood doors and a mobile sound-absorbing wall for total privacy It consists of two spacious double bedrooms, a Bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, a small kitchen habitable complete with everything.

SERVICES

The apartment is served by TV and WI-FI. Immediately outside a small arbor provided with a Table garden and chairs and a room with washing machine. Being the furthest south, FALCO remains about 70 m away. from the public parking passable in an avenue with some stone steps. A large swimming pool is available for our guests heated (with counter-current swimming) and low water side for children, adjacent to a whirlpool (token), a large relaxation area and solarium with sun beds and umbrellas included. There are numerous children available for children games (swing, table football, slide, ping pong).

New Year's Day

For those who stay at New Year's Eve it's interesting know that the apartment has a boiler own fueled with LPG. disbursement of heat in the radiators is regulated by the thermostat place inside the apartment, consumption is measured with gas meter, the cost comes updated by the room rate card trade and considering the lowest cost. 1mc. of LPG is offered by the house for each day of stay.

The FALCO is part of the lands of Montefeltro, rich in history, culture, precious craftsmanship and great gastronomic traditions. The geographical position of the village makes this an excellent starting point for visiting important artistic, cultural, naturalistic and leisure centers such as URBINO - GRADARA - GROTTE DI FRASASSI - SAN MARINO - SAN LEO - GUBBIO - DELFINARIO DI RICCIONE

The location of the Country House is perfect to bring their pets on holiday where there are numerous morning walks you can do it with the friend dog.
