For those staying over New Year's Eve it is interesting to know that the apartment has its own boiler with LPG. disbursement of heat in the radiators is regulated by the thermostat located inside the apartment, consumption is measured with gas meter, the price is updated by the tariff of the chamber of commerce considering the low cost. 1mc. of LPG and 30 kg of wood for the fireplace are offered to the house for each day of stay.
